Welcome to Fl Data Pulse (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our weekly CSV data services or accessing our website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service: We provide weekly downloadable data compilations in CSV format containing corporate registration information, corporate officer names, and business addresses. This data is aggregated from public government records and enhanced with our proprietary analytical columns.

2. Proprietary Data License & Restrictions Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the downloaded CSV files and our proprietary analysis columns solely for your internal business operations, market research, or direct B2B marketing. Intellectual Property: While the raw underlying corporate data (names and addresses) is sourced from public records, the organization, formatting, synthesis, and custom analytical columns are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Prohibited Use: You strictly agree not to: Resell, rent, lease, redistribute, or repackage the raw data feeds or CSV files to any third party. use our proprietary analytical columns to train machine learning models or artificial intelligence algorithms. Reverse-engineer the methodology used to create our custom analysis columns.

3. Nature of Data, Speculation, and No-Reliance

Public Record Sources: The raw data is compiled from public registry filings, specifically the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz). We are dependent on the timeliness and accuracy of these government archives. Speculative Guide Only: Certain data fields, columns, scores, indicators, or classifications included in the CSV files represent our automated algorithmic analysis, estimations, and proprietary interpretations. These columns are explicitly speculative in nature, are intended solely as an informational guide, and do not represent definitive facts, verifications, or guarantees regarding any entity. Independent Verification Required: You acknowledge that you use our proprietary analysis entirely at your own risk. You must not rely on these speculative columns to make financial, legal, credit-extension, or major business decisions without conducting independent, third-party verification.

4. Fees, Automatic Renewal, and Refund Policy: Subscription Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future automated billing, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the downloadable digital nature of our data products, all sales and subscription payments are 100% non-refundable. We do not issue pro-rated refunds or credits for partial weekly subscription periods.5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties "As-Is" Delivery: THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA FILES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. Exclusion of Damages: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, FAILED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, ADVERSE CREDIT DECISIONS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the four (4) weeks immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.
